UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £30. For orders below £30, a flat shipping rate of £4.99 applies. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery taking 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to Europe and worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please allow 5–14 business days for international orders, depending on your country.

Order Processing All Kaori candles are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
